A partially completed Brick making factory is located less than 3 Km from the Mine Site.
This facility and the property is ideally suited to accommodate a High Purity Quartz Sand Refining Facility. Sufficient road infrastructure exists between the Mine and the site and an option on the property has been secured.

The proposed refinery site already has several semi completed structures.
It is located less than 3 Km from the Mine Site and has adequate infrastructure already in place for transportation of the raw material to the refinery site. For refining to IOTA standards for solar feedstock and photovoltaic components the estimated refining cost is $513/MT. Market prices are significantly higher ( High-purity quartz sand: The price of photovoltaic core materials doubles every year, and the gap between supply and demand will continue until 2024) as market demand continues to exceed supply.
